Grants Director 

Rob brings decades of experience as a CFO and Project Manager across a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas. His expertise in grant writing, tenders, budgeting, and project delivery, combined with a lifelong involvement in community sport as a player, coach, volunteer, and committee member, laid the foundation for launching the business. Robert remains deeply involved in the sector and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Geelong Regional Football Committee, under Football Victoria.

Suzy Rogers

Jason Goldsmith

Business Development Manager

Jason is one of our Business Development Managers who brings to the table vast experience in relationship management. He has previously worked as the General Manager of Preston Lions Football Club as well as in high profile BDM and Sales Management roles.  His lifetime love of sport has seen him involved in cricket, Australian rules football, soccer, badminton, running, basketball and horse racing in diverse roles such as player, coach, team manager, club secretary, umpire, general committee member and owner. He has had four books published on Australian soccer, still plays veterans cricket for Ferntree Gully Cricket Club as well as supporting two active children in their basketball and Australian rules footy pursuits. His combined relationship skills and understanding of sporting requirements makes him an asset to Club Builder and all clubs looking to set themselves up for the future.
