At Club Builder, we are driven by our passion for community sport

Sporting Clubs and Institutions have the ability to unite, empower, and bring people together and are some of the most important pillars of our communities.  Sporting Clubs are community organisations and their success relies on the hard work and dedication of people - volunteers often work tirelessly to keep their Clubs successfully operating, but their efforts oftentimes only address short term needs, and the strategic direction of many Clubs are undefined. 

All too often we see Clubs with great vision that never reach their potential, and this is often due to a number of common problems that many Clubs face such as a high turnover in committee personnel; planning horizons that only address short term needs; difficulty in effectively mobilising and motivating volunteers; an inability to effectively engage sponsors and government representatives, and many others. These common patterns amongst Sporting Clubs are what spawned Club Builder into existence.

Building a sporting Club is not something that should ever be a short-term view. It can be a difficult and long journey, but if our generation can leave our sporting institutions in a better place for future generations, we consider that a success.
