Our Grant Ready Program is designed to support clubs and associations to be proactive, prepared, and positioned to secure funding through grants. Many clubs miss out on funding opportunities not because their projects lack merit, but because they are not grant ready. This program ensures your organisation has the tools, systems, and strategies in place to act quickly and effectively when funding becomes available.

The Program

We will work with you to develop a tailored Grant Ready Plan that outlines your club’s priority projects, identifies gaps in readiness, and establishes clear processes for responding to grant opportunities. The plan will cover areas such as project planning, budgeting, evidence gathering, and alignment with funding priorities.

The Grant Ready Program will give your club the confidence and capability to pursue funding with a structured, strategic approach.

Implementation Support

Once your Grant Ready Plan is finalised, we will support you over a twelve-month period to bring the plan to life.

Throughout the Implementation Support period, we will assist you to:

  • Identify and scope priority projects for funding;

  • Prepare and maintain key documentation required for grant submissions;

  • Monitor available funding opportunities; and

  • Prepare and submit high-quality, competitive grant applications.
