ANTHONY NICHOLLS

founder & Chief strategist

Anthony is one of the founders of Club Builder and is an Experienced Strategic Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the Sporting Industry. For over 5 years, Anthony has led the Club Builder team to complete projects for hundreds of Sporting Clubs & Leagues, Community Organisations, Local Businesses, and everything in between. He has a proven track record in Sporting Club Development and Strategic Planning, helping Clubs to grow and develop sustainably.

SUZY ROGERS

founder

Suzy is one of the founders of ARWK Management PL and Club Builder and has been consulting with various diverse businesses for over 10 years. She loves getting things done, creative thinking, and strategic planning. She is also one of the rare people who actually enjoys documenting processes and drafting tender documents. Her other interests include getting outdoors, chasing two small children, spending time with friends, and culinary exploration.

GINA PAPAMICHAEL

Office manager

Gina turns concepts and ideas into meetings and action items. As Club Builder’s Office Manager, Gina is the first point of contact for our clients, and she manages their needs with the complex schedules of the Club Builder team to help ensure projects are completed as efficiently and quickly as possible.

For Gina, it all starts with an open mind, a blank sheet of paper, and a calendar.

Kai Jones

Director of Communication & Engagement

As Club Builder’s Director of Communication & Engagement, his responsibilities include drafting & sending Club Builder’s trademark weekly Newsletter and Grant Alert emails.

Kai has played soccer at a representative level and overseas in the United States, and has also worked as a Referee, Coach, Tournament Coordinator, and Administrator. Kai’s experiences with community sport allow him to understand sporting Clubs and how to help them.

Siddesh (Sid) Sarathy

Management Consultant

As Club Builder’s lead consultant, Sid oversees the high-quality delivery of projects including Strategic Plans, Club Development Plans, and Survey Reports.

Sid pairs his experiences of coaching, directing, and managing at soccer Clubs around the world with his Master’s Degree in Sports Management (Deakin University) to help sporting Clubs. Sid’s knowledge and experience help him to deliver exceptional results as a source of knowledge for Clients.

Shekhar (shak) Nand

As one of Club Builder’s Project Managers, Shak ensures that projects such as Strategic Plans, Club Development Plans, and Survey Reports are completed and delivered to a high quality.

Shak has coached, refereed, and played Basketball at the representative level. Shak has also completed a Bachelor of Business (Sport Management), and a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science from Deakin University.

Shak’s extensive business and sporting experiences ensure help him to improve Australian Sporting Clubs each and every day.

AIKOLYNEE (aiko) ESTUISTA

project assistant

As one of Club Builder’s Project Assistants, Aiko works with the Club Builder team to deliver and finalise projects including reports and plans.

Aiko has experience in the behind-the-scenes work at sporting Clubs, having helped many Clubs with systems relating to staff, communications, registrations, payments, and many others, and she uses this experience in her work at Club Builder.
