He has a proven track record in Sporting Club Development and Strategic Planning, helping clubs to grow and develop sustainably.

ROB PALMARICCIOTTI

Grants Director 

Rob brings decades of experience as a CFO and Project Manager across a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas. His expertise in grant writing, tenders, budgeting, and project delivery, combined with a lifelong involvement in community sport as a player, coach, volunteer, and committee member, laid the foundation for launching the business. Robert remains deeply involved in the sector and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Geelong Regional Football Committee, under Football Victoria.

Suzy Rogers

Director of Communications

Suzy is one of the founders of Club Builder and has been consulting with various diverse businesses for over 15 years. She loves getting things done, creative thinking, and strategic planning. She is also one of the rare people who actually enjoys documenting processes and drafting tender documents. Her other interests include getting outdoors, chasing two small children, spending time with friends, and culinary exploration.

Sid Sarathy

With a Master’s in Sports Management from Deakin University and a wealth of global experience coaching, managing, and directing soccer clubs, Sid brings both leadership and deep sector knowledge to the team. His strategic oversight and hands-on understanding of sport help drive strong results for clients and continued growth for the organisation.
